No matter how many times I go to the Redwoods I’m stunned by the beauty of the trees and this session with Chelsea and her fiancé Luke. One huge benefit of shooting in the redwoods is that even in the height of summer, in the middle of the afternoon you still get really great light which is so very flattering, not that these guys needed any help.
From there we rolled down to the coast and found a quiet spot on the beach at Apollo Bay to catch some of the amazing sunset light.
Everything stayed super relaxed though part of that is that I’d worked with Chelsea’s family before and also she’s (somewhat) used to being in front of the camera in her role as head honcho at the amazing Studio 57 hair salon in Colac.
I’m pretty confident that their wedding in April is going to be an outstanding day!
